Silo Zen is a silent yoga and meditation timer designed for Apple Watch users. It allows you to practice meditation or yoga seamlessly without having to worry about keeping track of time or disturbing those around you. Say goodbye to mental counting or juggling multiple timers - Silo Zen provides discrete haptic alerts at each meditation interval right on your wrist.

The setup process is straightforward. Begin by configuring your timer intervals on the iPhone app. Once this is done, open Silo on your Apple Watch and start your session with a simple tap.

During your session, Silo Zen will discreetly notify you at each interval, allowing you to effortlessly monitor the timer status and get a sneak peek at the upcoming position or asana.

With Silo Zen, you can create up to three customizable presets for a personalized experience. After each session, Silo displays your mindfulness minutes and securely saves this data to HealthKit.
